The Web-based system can be accessed by the employee through their Employee Self Service section in the MyPack Portal. WolfTime is utilized by all SHRA and EHRA employees to manage their absence leave requests. It is also utilized by nonexempt Temporary, SHRA, and EHRA employees to record their hours worked using a wall mounted time clock, a computer, or a smart device. Each department decides how employees will submit time into the system. Supervisors/Managers are be able to review their direct report’s time and leave submissions on a weekly basis through the “For Managers” dashboard, available in the MyPack Portal.
